History

Rajpur High Madrasah was started as a Junior High Madrasah in 1973, 22nd January with a handfull of kids. Ever since its humble beginings, this madrasah had been growing from strength to strength and have metamorphosed today as a Co-Ed. premier institution in the Bankura district. The madrasah got affiliation as a junior high madrasah from 01.01.1980 by West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education, and later on 01.05.1992 the madrasah had been upgraded as a high madrasah.
