History
Basudih Primary school is one of the largest and oldest primary school under Manbazar-I circle, Purulia, west Bengal. It was established on 1938. This school building made in the donated land, has pioneered in the elementary education of most of the local educated men since establishment and changed itself accordingly into a modern education institution. One of the old school building exists now and new two new structures have been raised by the government to cope with the demand of increasing number of students now a days . The school humbly celebrates the glory that the students have achieved in myriad fields- be it academic, creative or contemplative, and it urges to carry it forward in times to come.
