Uttar Bhatora High School (H.S.) started its journey in the premises of village primary school and the adjacent area of temple.At that time there was no high school in this village.The villagers worked tirelessly to estublish high school in this area.This united effort ultimately led to the foundation of this school on 2nd January 1970.The well wishers donated land and money.After that with the help of the Government the school got its own building.Starting as VIII th standard school it is running very successfully as Higher Secondary School in this remote village of Howrah district.
