History

The school received its first recognition memo as 4 class Junior High School with effect from 1.1.1964 vide memo no 14146/G dated  24.6.1963. Our first recognition as X class school with effect from 1.1.1969 vide memo no 7431/G dated 22.5.1969. The school has it's own building and a small playground as well. The full address is    vill + p.o=Gazipur,p.s= Amta.Block= Amta II ,Circle = Amta west.We have a submersible water supply system. The total staff strength is 23 including Headmistress. We have only one vacant science pass post. We have 19 teachers among which there  are 5 para teachers ,a clerk,a group D staff and a matron. We have a small laboratory,Library of almost 800 books and a smart classroom too. Very soon we are to receive 10 computers from ITC project. The mid day meal scheme is also in full flow till date. We all feel honoured to be a part of this prestigious school.
