History

Amrajole Primary School opened in 1946. At that time, the school was made of mud. Now it is two storey pucca building with New Block. But the old Block is still in senile condition. During the past 75 years, hundreds of children have been educated within the walls and grounds of Amrajole Primary School. Many teachers have committed their time, expertise and knowledge to educate the future generations of our state. Many of our students have contributed to the development of our state a multitude of ways. We are proud of our history and our educational legacy. Now fencing has done. Many saplings have been planted with the collaboration of Bagnan-1 B.D.O. Today, Amrajole Primary School is a very different school to that of 1946.

Amrajole Primary School is a very special school. In fact, there are very few schools that exude such a warm, caring, supportive, happy and harmonious culture. This ambiance seems to be woven into the very fabric of our school. It isn’t something that can be bottled and taken away or transplanted into another site. It comes from the people within. It comes from the people of the past. Everybody that has being a part of the school has left a little bit of magic that has become what the school is today.
