History

Pipulyan west primary school is one of the notable education institutes of Howrah District. Our beloved institute was established with a view to imparting elementary education among the children of the locality. It is located in the rural area at Vill – pipulyan west, P.O – kantapukur, P.S – bagnan, Dist. – howrah, Pin – 711303. ESTD. On – 1955.  The school is managed by department of Education, Govt. of West Bengal. Our school comprises four rooms. It is a co-educations school and the medium of instruction is Bengali. Our school takes pride in Electrification, Tap water, purified drinking water ,kitchen, Library. There are separate functional toilets and latrines for boys, Girls and Teachers . Total number of students at present in this school is 83. Most of them are very poor and coming from minority class. Our school serves nutritious mid-day-meal among the students.The standard of Teaching of our school is excellent because all the teachers are dedicated and energetic. Many ex-student of our school has been working in the Govt. and reputed non Govt. organisations. Co-operation and suggestion from all is solicited for the over all development of our school.
