Bauria Gopinath Mondal Girls' High School is located in the village caiied Purbabauria ,15km south to uluberia railway station the eminent founder shri Gopinath Mondal donated 2acre of land to setup this esteemed Institution in the year 1964. Beside there were several prestigious personalities whose contribution and hard work helped in establishing the foundation of the institution . The Institution was mainly founded to promote girls Education of the vicinity. As the village is dominated by the scheduled caste population most of the students (almost 80%)belong to either s.t / s.c categories.Shrimati Kamala Mondal sister-in-law of shri Gopinath Mondal was appointed as the first secretary of the school . Latter the post of secretary was conferred upon shri Brindaban Mondal , son of shrimati Kamala Mondal . During the tenure of shri Brindaban Mondal the backward class hostel was established . Many students from differet corners of W.B. got  admissin in order to avail the hostel facility presently the is Administered by aS.I of schools , south circle ,uluberia. the school achieved various glories owing to lifelong sevice of shri Brindaban Mondal, dedicated service of teaching and non-teaching staffs as well as the utmost corporetion of the local villagers. the student of Bauria Gopinath Mondal has earned multiple glories by participating in several competion and programs across the distict.
