In terms of State Govt. Notification No. 125-SE(S)/ES/S/35-47/2006 dt.15-2-07 the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Education, 77/2 Park Street, Kolkata-700016 had been directed to inform the Member Secretary, Ad-Hoc-Committee of Khempur Junior High School and Sub-Inspector of school(SE), Howrah, Vill- Khempur, P.O.- Dehibhursut, P.S. & Block- Udaynarayanpur, Sub Divn.- Uluberia, Dist.- Howrah that the President, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, in exercise of power conferred upon u/s 28(2) of W.B. Board of Secondary Education Act 1963, as amended had been pleased to consider the recommendation of the State Govt. conveyed Vide School Education Deptt's Memo No. 1021-SE(S)/3S-5/2008 dt. 28.10.2009 & No. 1020-SE(S)3S-51/09 dt. 28.10.2009 and had been further pleased to grant Provisional Recognition to the Khempur Junior High School as New setup Upper Primary School from class V to VIII ( Bengali Medium & Co-Education) with effect from 01-05-2009. After acquiring formal recognition with in one year from the date of effect of provisional recognition admission of students started w.e.f. 2010.
