
Brahmanpara Chintamoni Institution was established on 2nd february, 1923.It was founded by late Satkari Kundu. It is a well known educational institute at Village Khardah Brahmanpara under Jagatballavpur Block in Howrah, West Bengal, India, 711410 aiming at the allround amelioration and development of the peoples. This institute is also famous for conducting different cultural and educational programs throughout the year.It has brought forth many talrnts with unique flair. It looks after every care of each and every students so that the society can have good human beings.
The land donors were the founder Late Satkari Kundu who donated 39 Satak, Late Krishnamohan Sett who donated 30 Satak and Late Haji Bankaullah who donated 58 Satak of land for the school play ground.
The school was affiliated to Calcutta University on and from 01/01/1924 for Class I to Class X.As all the schools of West Bengal had the affiliation to W.B.B.S.E. in 1953 shifting from Calcutta University, consequently our institution too came under The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Vide Memo on 28/10/1953.The institution was upgraded to Higher Secondary Vide Memo No. DS(A)SD/79/Recog/02, dated 13/06/2002.
