History

History:-

The school is a new set up, junior  high school. It was established and recognized by WBBSE in the year 2008. The school started with only 9 students and one class i.e. class V.  The school was run by an ad-hoc committee. At first  SIKSHA  BANDHUS  of  J B Pur South Circle conducted the rules and regulations and teaching processes of the school. After that two guest teachers were appointed to run the school. Three Teaching posts and one Group D post were created with the permission by the ad-hoc committee and DI secondary, Howrah.  In  July  2011 three permanent teachers of language group, mathematics and Science Group, Social studies Group were appointed through  SSC examination and joined the school.  As there were no teachers for science and Bengali later two guest teachers were appointed for Bengali and Science.  Then two teaching posts for  Bio-science and  Bengali were created among these two posts teacher of Bio-science  had joined the school through SSC Examination in December 2013. The post for the Bengali pass is still vacant. Group  D had joined the school in April 2018. There was no electricity in 2011 but there is electricity now. At present the school has four desktops for the CAL project and school is run by proper guidelines from the  WBBSE. CCE is maintained properly and extracurricular activities are organized.The no. of books for Library purpose is 223 now.The mid-Day-Meal programme is maintained properly.  With the help of other teachers, the enrolment is  118  at present for class V to VIII.
