History of the School 

Gutinagori Aloketirtha Vidyaniketan was established in the year 1972 by Sayed Sayed Hossain;a villager with a vision.The school falls under Dhandali Panchayat of Shyampur I    Block of Howrah District. It was first recognized as a Jr High School by WBBSE in 1984.Latter it was upgraded into a high  school in 2000 & further into a higher secondary school in the year 2012.Now it is a government sponsored co educational institution.
