On 1st April,1946 Basudevpur Primary School was established at Basudevpur. Some kind hearted villagers set up this school to improve education in their village.some of them Binod Kumar Kayal,Radharaman Kayal,Gourhari Mondal,Gopinath Mondal,Sri Jibankrishna Mondal etc. They donate their own land to set up this school.Other villagers give their hand to help them. With their combine effort this school was built and running gloriously.
