Right from the year it was established,  in 1974, GMBV has been a ray of hope for the developing locality.It is only school for Girls, in Ghusuri. Its founders had dreamt of the education and advancement of women in this institution. Till date, the school is doing its best to impart quality education to all its students.

The school is a Government Sponsored school . It is affiliated to the WBBSE.
