History

This School is a State Government Sponsored Co-Educational Higher Secondary School (Classes : V to XII), situated in the heart of the city of HOWRAH (West Bengal). This School is reputed one and one of the best leading Institution for Education in India. It was established in 1971 by local Educationists to implement an intention to impart modern education with blend of traditional and technical educations for both Hindi and English Medium Students who belongs under BPL. This School has been all round developed by the Present Hon'ble Headmaster Dr. Maya Shankar Jha "Rashtra Bhasha Ratna".

The main Aims & Objectives of the School are to work with different variety of Projects in many Educational and Development related endeavours. The Schools' Mission is to address the issues concerning to access the Education by Financially Backward Children and ensure every child has access to Education that is meaningful, retain all the Students and encourage meritorious Students to continue their Education by prevailing Scholarship.

With these goals in mind School is going to invest it's energies in supporting different type of Projects where each of the Project plays an important role to address the issues at the ground level.
