History

This school was established in 1958 when philanthropist, Sri Santa Singh  donated the land for the school. The school building was constructed with the help of local businessmen, educational enthusiasts under the guidance of founder headmaster, Sri Ram Dular Pandit. Over the years, the school has developed as a notable Hindi medium school of South Howrah with excellent roll strength, though the challenges of inadequate teaching and non-teaching staff,of late, has affected the overall growth and development of the school.
