History

Around 1960 the locality of Bangal para was deprived of education. A number of likeminded enthusiasts came together to transfer their vision of building a school and spreading the light of education into reality. Their tireless efforts culminated in 1962 and Motilal Nehru Smrity Vidyalaya was founded with a 4 - class primary section. Later in 1969 4- class Junior High School for girls was founded and in 1970 it was recognised as Motilal Nehru smrity Balika Vidyalaya. In 1996 MotilalNehru Smrity Balika Vidyalaya came to be recognised as X -class High School. Now the school is a Govt. sponsored High School.
