History

Established in 1958 with the concerted of few educationists of the locality ( mainly Respected Sri Biswanath Sur, Sri Dharmadas Samanta and Sri Dinobandhu Ghosh), the school situated at 18/1A Banku Behari Ghosh Lane, Belurmath, Howrah is 5 to 7 minutes walking distance from both Belur Railway Station and G.T. Road is very near to Ramakrishna Mission, Belurmath.

The school got recognition in the year 1973 as a girl's secondary school and was later converted to a co-education institution in the year 2017.English Medium was introduced in the year 2019 with the object to promote a modern educational system and meet the requirement of the local people within their reach and ability.

Considering all round development of the students, the school authority took rapid action for development of playground, establishment of modern computer lab, library etc. In addition of that, the school regularly organised social, cultural and educational programmes to ensure that we are equipping them with the skills to leave us as well-rounded, successful and competitive citizens of tomorrow.
