History

Kajirchara High School is a Bengali medium,Government Sponsored ,Co-education high school. This institution has incessantly been playing a key role since its establishment to the development of its precints especially by making all associated directly or indirectly with this institution of the updated information about Literature, Science, contemporary vocational trends and of course different schemes introduced by the Govt. of West Bengal for the multilateral enrichment of our beloved students. It is located amidst complete rustic ambience of Kajirchara village in vicinity of Bauria Railway Station, Chengail Railway Station, Burikhali K.M institution and Dasbaga Post Office. In order to be what it is today this institution had to pass through a number of orbits. This institution received its first recognition as 4-class Junior High School w.e.f 01.01.1980 as per recommendation of the Recognition Committee ,West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Later on it had been upgraded from 4-class Junior High School to 10-class High School in the year 1996 after the completion of three year provisional period and naturally 1st batch of candidates were allowed from the end of our institution to appear at Madhyamik Pariksha(Secondary Examination) in the year 1998.Then this institution received its provisional recognition for the introduction of Higher Secondary General Stream Course in 2013-14 session. The year 2015 is very significant so far as the glory and enrichment of this institution are concerned since it had been converted from Govt. aided school to Government Sponsored School vide Notification No. 12262/RMSA/SL/5S-264/12, dated 30.09.2013 as per the Rules for Management of Sponsored Institutions (Secondary),1972 along with the formation and reconstruction of a novel committee.
