History

Late Smt Mahamaya Ghosh and Sri Bhutnath Ghosh literally contributed to set up this Institution in the year 1930. Some local residents also helped earnestly to lay down the foundation of this age-old institution. Decades passed – the saplings now grows into a big tree getting nutrients from from all the sections of society – the students, teachers, managing bodies and Alumni. All served the institution with their utmost devotion.

The institution has many a feathers in its crown- be it a rank in Board Examination, successfull and well established students in all segments of society, N.C.C. cadets performing at the observation ceremony of Republic day in New Delhi, creative programmer in All India Talent Show, state level footballer , Karate champion and many more.

We hope we will be able to keep its head high in all odds and will be successful to shelter all young buds with care and nurture to flourish in bloom.
