
National Day G.S.F.P (Government Sponsored Free Primary) School was founded on 13th October 1975 by some eminent individuals who wanted to spread education among the weaker sections of the society. The prominent names among them where Mr. MD. Hussain Shams, Mr. Shekh, Md. Rashid Nasir, Mr. Mohib Shadani and Mr. Hakim Farooque. After five years of initial infrastructure and fulfilling other required formalities, the school was recognized on 1st day of January 1981 by the Government of West Bengal. This is an Urdu medium co-education school. English is taught as compulsory second language along with mathematics, environmental studies (science, history and geography) and other subjects. This school runs from pre-primary to class V. after passing plus 5, we issue transfer certificate and help the pupils to get admitted in class VI in reputed Government recognised schools.
