History

Milangarh Balika Vidyalaya HS was established on 3rd January 1955 and was first recognized by W.B.B.S.E in the year 1955as a secondary school.In the year 2000 W.B.C.H.S.E has upgraded it H.S school with Arts, Science and Commerce.In 2013the school has become Govt.Sponsered School.The school has introduced  English medium with Hindi as 1st language in H.S section from 2017 after Headmistress Sonakshi Chatterjee completed her double M .A  in Hindi.Now the opening of English medium with Hindi/Bengali as 1st language is under procedure.
