History

The institution was recognised as X class institution w.e.f  01.01.1978 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The institution was under the salary deficit scheme w.e.f 01.04.1979 for the first time by The Office of District Inspector of Schools (SE) South 24 pgs Grants-in aid section, 60B, chowranghee road, kolkata- 700020.

The institution was recognised as Higher Secondary ( Class xi & xii ) w.e.f 1996-1997 by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education
