THE SCHOOL WAS FOUNDED BY NIBASH CHANDRA SARDAR AND THE LAND OF SCHOOL(21 SATAK) TO ESTABLISH THE SCHOOL WAS FIRST DONATED BY AMULYA CHARAN SARDAR.IN 1966.

THE SCHOOL WAS ALSO AWARDED WITH NIRMAL VIDYALAYA AND NOW IT IS A HUB OF ALL TYPES OF TECHNOLOGICAL , EDUCATIONAL AND SPORTS PROGRAMMES MANAGED , CONDUCTED AND SPONSORED BY SI (JOYNAGAR NORTH CIRCLE) AND THE CONCERNED BDO(JOYNAGAR 1)

The school is situated at the remote village of Srikrishnangar under the block of Joynagar 1 and the GP of Jangalia of the southern part of the District of South 24 Pgs. It was set up in the year of 1966 with the help of some local   persons  interested in  education . Their  ardent aspiration and keen efforts  helped this institution grow upwards and as a result it was approved by as a four junior high school by WBBSE  vide memo No.        dated        and subsequently  upgraded as a High School in 2000 vide Memo No.     dated  .The light of education among hundreds of students of this so called backward locality was eluminated with the help of this school. Since then this has been doing this noble work tirelessly. The school was upgraded as an HS school by WBCHSE in 2012 vide Memo No.        dated         . Now the total number of the students is about 2250. What is more inspiring is that a school attached hostel was sanctioned by DI`S (SE) South 24 Pgs vide Memo No       dated        and near about 420 poor students and orphans from all over the state get the golden oppertunity of studying here free of cost. They are provided with all kinds of probable facilities like computer education , gymansium, yoga and meditation , cultural pracitices and enhancement like drama, recitation, professional skills,sports , medical and clinical help, recreation and amusement by indoor games and television etc. This has been providing the students with laboratory and library and digital class rooms. Yet the school needs  more financial help from the Govt. to ensure all the facilities and to improve the poor infrastructure of the laboratory and library and building of the school.The school starts it journey meagerly  with only 13 kathas of land and now it owns near about 7 bighas.That is only for liberal help of Jageswar Ghosh and Maheswar Ghosh , the two nobel sons of late Dr. Dulal Chandra Ghosh.
