Jharboni SaradaMoni Balika Vidyalaya (H.S) is a renowned girls’ school situated in Amlagora, Paschim Medinipur. The School started its journey on 8Th August, 1956 under the patronage of some local reputed families with the vision to educate girls of that area and interested in establishing a school solely for girls. Their urge and endeavour came into existence with the establishment of this school bearing the name of Maa SaradaMoni with a very few girls, a small campus and a very few teachers. Respected Mrs. Surama Majumdar from Allahabad took the charge of the headmistress and dedicated her life for the education of girls of the village.
