History

Keshiary High School (H.S.) had set out her journey on 2nd January, 1945 when thirteen (13) education lovers had laid the foundation stone of School.  Gradually, the number of students was increasing.  In 1949, it was recognized as Government Aided School.  In 1962, the school was elevated to Higher Secondary School and Humanities stream was initiated in the same year, Science stream in 1963, Commerce in 1965 were initiated.  Good Teachers were recruited as the School flourished into many branches.  Every year students from various corners of our District take admission here.  Our School does very well in Madhyamik and Higher Secondary Examination.  Not only in academic aspect but also we discover talents in cultural, games and sports.  Vocational Courses were introduced in 2006 and since then this branch has been doing very well.  Many Students at an early age have been established by completing courses from Vocational branch of our School.  Keshiary High School (H.S.) has crossed 75 years and Platinum Jubilee was celebrated from 2nd January of 2019 to 2nd January of 2020.  Our School is committed to reach the unreached, poorest of the poor with the motto of Inclusive Education.  We look forward to this positive attitude as Keshiary High School (H.S.) is engaged in building the nation by expanding education in all sensed.
