To develop an educated society at Madhya Parokata under P.O. Uttar Paokata under the then district of Jalpaiguri(JDPSC)[now Bolck 2,Alipurduar district], Late Ashwini Debnath donated land and with the help of people adjacent to the area Madhya Parokata Govt Colony Primary School was previously established at Shitalibari,Dakshin Parokata with the name "Dakshin Parokata Primary School" in 1980 and then was transferred to Madhya Parokata at Uttar Parokata bearing a new name " Madhya Parokata Govt Colony Primary School".The organized teachers were 1.Kalikanta Barman 2.Dulal Pal 3. Subhash Saha &4. Ratna Das.
