History

This school was established in 1941 by the education lovers of South Salsalabari.The land of the school was donated by a local man.Other people of the village helped in the construction of the school.This school is managed by the Department Of Education.Now it has a government building.After the establishment of the school,  some land infront of the school had been purchased.Land JL Number is: 73/103 and Khatian no is: 236/1.Mouja of the school is Salsalabari. Praffula Ch. Deb,Arijit Sarkar,Surendranath Barman,Jogesh Ray were the previous teachers of the school.The school contains classes from class -I to V and it have an attached Pre-Primary section.The school has no boundary wall.The school have an electric connection and drinking water facilities.There are seperate functional toilets for both boys and girls.The school have a playground. Midday Meal is provided.Now the school have two male teachers and three female teacher(out of which one is para-teacher)
