History

There is no doubt about that " Necessity is the mother of invention".The demand of the inhabitants of Ashwinnagar ward no - 1 and 2 (South) for establishing a primary school in this area became strong as the children   had to cross 31st NH  to go to school which was dangerous and risky due to innumerable vehicles.Dignifing the demand some social workers such as Mr. Asim kr. Chatterjee, Mrs. Shefali Dev, Mr. Jogesh Chandra Saha and Mr. Parimal Das took a significant and respectable role to set up a primary school. Mr. Atul Biswas donated 33 decimals of land to this noble mission. Aswininagar pry school was  established   in 2000 with only 16 students. Mr Tapas Kr Sarkar and mrs Jayati Bhattacharyya ( Sarkar) were appointed as newly Teachers  on 13/07/2000 & 14/07/2000 respectively. The school was engraved with the village name. Honourable  Nitai Chandra Das ( SI's,  Madarihat circle) and Mr. Shibu mitra ( Sabhapati, Madarihat- Birpara panchayat Samity,) heartily co-operated the teachers. Mr Dilip Kumar Mohanta ( Head Teacher, Madarihat BFP School) sincerely extended a helping hand towards the teachers. Later, smt Anita Basu ( Biswas) , Smt Minati Bardhan and Mr. Samiran Sarkar made an unprecedented contribution to increase the reputation of the school. Now, there are four Teachers and 79 students along with four classes in two'block, TLM, Book Bank, Tube well, , separate toilets for boys and girls, Running water, electricity, Dinning room etc.Today, class- wise cultural activities is conducted once in a week. A parents- teachers Whatsapp group has been created. The School has been upgraded upto class V in 2020.We are proud of our school.  We evaluate our learners in view of their improvement and guardians evaluate our responsibility, punctuality and  sincerity. We believe " Life is short, Art is long".
