History

The School was first established in the year 1960.The School was recognized as a 2 class Jr.school w.e.f 01.01.1974 by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education v.Further,the school was recognized as a 4-class Jr.High school w.e.f 01.05.1991 by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The School under salary deficit scheme w.e.f 01.01.1979.The school was Upgraded  to a High School w.e.f 01.05.2005 by   West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The school further provisionally recognized for introduction for H.S General Streem(Arts) courses w.e.f academic session for two years on 2012.
