1. Established as 2-Class(V & VI) Jr. High School on 01.01.1965 in a extremely remote area under Jhargram Sub-Division of Midnapore distrct.

2. Recognised as a 2-Class(V & VI) Jr. High School with Co-Education w.e.from 01.01.1968 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, Govt. of W.B. vide Memo. No. 1327/Jr, Dt.-18/11/1968

3. Recognised as a 4-Class(V to VIII) Jr. High School with Co-Education w.e.from 01.01.1974 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, Govt. of W.B. vide Memo. No. 870/G, Dt.-22/01/1975
