History

It is my privilege to express sincere gratitude and salutation to all the great personalities who laid down the foundation of the institution with full dedication and devotion. This institution is only the output of their tireless hard work and relentless service and farsightedness. From the previous history of the institution, it is known to me that Late R.B Gurung, the then Mandal of Sinji, Kalimpong block, andthe founder president had started to make the platform for education from his own courtyard in the early fifties of 1900. Late B.M.Singh Gurung, the founder secretary of the school did excellent job as delighted star to impart education to the people of this remote and cursed areas. Late N.P.Rai, the founder teacher of the school, other patrons of education and organising Headmaster-in-charge , Sri K.R.Thap, organising teacher Sri Y.Lama, Late Dalman Das Rai, Sri D.R.Sharma, Sri B.B. Chhetri and Sri B.B.Bhujel ledge before to lend their precious anticipation for the existence of yhis school. Name of Sri M.B.Yonzone, the former headmaster, Sri T.K.Rai,  former Teacher-in-charge, Sri T.S.Lama, ex- Teacher-in-charge and Dr. R.B.Bhujel Present M.C President's are the most remarkable one for the upliftment of the school to the present stage. School family cannot forget the name of the founder members  Late Rudraman Gurung, Late Pahalman Gurung, Late R.B.Yonzone, Late Dal Bahadur Thapa, Late B.M.Lama, Late Laxmi Narayan Sharma, Late Narbir Rai, Late Kubirsing Chhetri, Late Bhaskar Sharma and Sri Jailal Lama for their consciousness and their positive role.
