History

Andal Mahabir High School is one of the very prestigious +2 school in south Bazar locality of Andal Block under Dugapur sub division, Paschim Burdwan. This school is established in 1969 with three teachers  and  04 rooms in which Late Sri Ramchandra Prasad play a very vital role in establishment of the school. The local  society members  and goverment officers  cooerated alot in estblishment as Co Educational  Hindi Medium school where a large no. of railaway emplyees ward and  surrounding villages students have taken  education.The schools comes under Ramprasdapur Gram Panchayat.In 1999 it has acquired recgnition for class IX & X. Initially it was a Mangement school and in 2015 converted as goverment sponsered school. The school provide education to students upto class XII level in arts stream.Every year  nearly 900 students getting education.
