History

Domohani Bazar Hindi F.P. School is a true and ideal example of School Responsibility by some common peoples of the Society. The noble act of those common people made them special and torch bearer of Education in the Society and the locality of Domohani Bazar for Hindi speaking population and for those people who were interested to educate their children in Hindi medium.

The initiator of the Light of Education in the society was Late Sitaram Shaw and Late Prabhu Pasi. They started imparting education with bunch of students, sometime in a small place in Domohani Bazar compound and sometimes under a Banyan tree besides the present school building.Their effort towards education was supported by a resident Business man of Domohani Bazar, PS-Barabani , Dist- Paschim Burdwan, 713334, named Late Nathu Lal Burnwal. He donated 28 Dismal lands (J.L. No- 50, Dag No- 2312, Khatian No-656) for the School Domohani Bazar Hindi F.P. School  on 22 July 1973.

The School got its recognition on 1st August 1973. But during these period till at the present establishment in and around 1980 at Domohani Bazar Hindi F.P. School, PO-Domohani Bazar, PS-Barabani, Dist- Paschim Burdwan, Under Circle-Barabani. The school was in function in a temporary building in Lal Bangala near Domahani Girls High School.

The School is imparting education from class Pre Primary up to Class IV. It is a Co-education Hindi Medium School. At present there are 243 students and 7 Teaching Staff including one Head Teacher and a Para Teacher.With the effort of Head Teacher and teaching staff a separate Upper Primary School came in existence in the year 2009 on the same Land. Our campus is blossomed with our School Building of Domohani Bazar Hindi F.P. School, Domohani Bazar U.P. School and One I.C.D.S. center in the same compound. 

We the teaching staffs of the school are committed to our duty of lighting the torch of education for the locality and the society.
