The NutanDanga High School (Higher Secondary) started its journey in 2003 with 44 students and a teacher to establish the right to education of the child through the sincere efforts of the education-loving people of Gogla region and the goodwill and active cooperation of the locals.Despite being the newest addition to the region in the field of education, the school is determined to maintain its upward trajectory due to the results of school reading and writing, sports and cultural activities, discipline of students and relentless work of all members of the school family. In 2005 this lower secondary was promoted to high school. The Vocational Education Campaign for Classes VIII to XII was started in 2007 under the Technical Education Department of the Government of West Bengal. Shu in 2009 High School High School The school NCC unit was opened in 2014 after many applications since 2005. The 100-seat residential hostel for students only started in 2015 under the Babu Jagjivan Ram Hostel Scheme under the Human Resource Development Department of the Central Government. This hostel has brought unprecedented opportunities for students from far and wide.
NSQF National Skill Quality Framework optional subject with Government of India pilot project in 2011 with general department at school level from class IX to class XII In order to emphasize on the science mentality of the students, sports and gym have been arranged for the physical and mental development of the students through the nature observation work conducted by the West Bengal Science Forum. Students get ample opportunity to practice in cultural affairs. Inter-school drama competitions are rewarded by regular participation. At present the number of students in the school is 1456 and the number of teachers is 20. There are four side teachers and four teachers-staff. 4 in the technical department and four in the ‘NSQF’ department.
There is a system of teaching computer in the school from the fifth class. We are constantly on the path to achieving the success achieved in the short term and the future possibilities. However, some problems do not have a playground for our regular students. The number of classroom laboratory and teacher education staff is significantly less than that of students. There is a lack of toilets. Despite all these problems, Nutandanga High School (Higher Secondary) is moving forward at a normal place.
