KOCHDIHI GRAM PRIMARY SCHOOL is presently located at Kochdihi, Paschim Bardhaman,in West Bengal. The school was sanctioned in 1984, vide Memo. No. 806(6) Dated, Burdwan the 12.03.1984. But it began from 1983. At first there was no land property as well as sanctioned money on which it could be built upon. As a result, the daily classes were held at DURGA MANDIR PRANGAN under open space in the village. A few students were enrolled in the school during its beginning period. Subsequently Mr.Lal chand Panja & Mises Asha lata Panja, a kind hearted couple of this village along with few villagers come forth to donate some property for the establishment of this school. Finally the school was built under the allowance given by the government of West Bengal in later years. Now the school is running not only with quality based education but also smoothly and progressively with all fundamental equipment and necessary things required for a school.
