History

J.k Nagar jr. Basic School Unit 2 was established in the year 1956.The land for school building was donated by The Aluminum corporation of India limited.At the beginning the school was named JAY KAY NAGAR JUNIOR BASIC SCHOOL.Later it was divided into two units namely J.K NagarJr.Basic school unit -1 and J.k.Nagar Jr.Basic school UNIT-2 on the basic of medium of instruction UNIT-2 is a Hindi medium school.
