History

The name of our school is Kumarpur G.S.F.P school.The school was established in the year 1975 as recorded in the foundation stone engraved.Actually the school sat-up started in the year 1972/73 and was recognised in the year 1981.Sinces the very inception of the school the school building is erected and situated on a pices of land measuring about......Katas whice is wholely donated by a kind hearted woman Renuka Devi (Mother of local Gentleman Ramenbabu) and infront the partion of the school a small pieces of land belong to Suresh Keora and family also it is learnt that the first endeavour and by sincere effort of Rambabu and mister Phanimdranath Dhar of kumarpur village.The school set-up started at first in a mud built house and gradually it is now became pucca building.There after bythe ceaseless effort of Mr.Nirmal Basak ,Mr.Subhas Gayen and Mr.Phanindranath Dhar all were reputed teachers of our esteemed institution who fought for recognition of school in the year 1981 suceessfully succeed.At present our school is a Two storied building where all comprehensive accommodation like water facility,Electricity well fecility for toilet is achived.Now the school is well conducted by an energeti lady Teacher Urmita Hazra and under her sweet control and with cordial help of other Teachers.They are trying their best for more improvement and all out development for the sake af wellsess of school.The school needed a few teaching staff for the better ment more over for the school in the days to come in future in a hut shell the avobe statement madebyme is a brief history and as well as recorded and preserved facts about our esteemed Kumarpur G.S.F.P School
