History

History:- Surya Narayan Roy Smriti Bani Mandir established in 1967. The school land donated by Sri Bhaskar Roy of Asansol village in the memory of his grandfather.

At first, this municipal school opened by Sri Prasanta Sur Hon'ble minister L.S.G Govt. of West Bengal on 2nd October 1982.

Then D.P.S.C. Burdwan has taken all liabilities of this school. Now, this is a Government-aided primary school under HIrapur circle D.P.S.C Paschim Bardhaman,
