Kulti Girls' Free Primary School is one of the shiney name in the field of Girls'Education at Kulti industrial town.

         Chief Medical Officer of Kulti Hospital Dr.Atul Chandra Roy requested to W.T Maclilan,the chairman of The Bengal Iron &Co. Ltd,lately known as IISCO for thinking about Girl's education in Kulti.On Maclilan's direction a new building was constructed at the place where Kulti Biss Primary school is situated now & started it's journey with near about 25 students.The name of school was kept by Maclilan's wife, "Kulti Mabel Maclilan School For Girls".Two respected teachers Sri Nagandra Mukhopadhyay  & Sri Satish Chandra Bandhyapadhyay were involved to teching pupils here in the morning from6.A.M to 10 A.M. Latter on this school shifted to Ranitala more on land doneted by IISCO & affilated by the Govt. on 15th January 1946.At present school is running with 113girls students from pre -primary to class IV and 6 instructress.
