History

Barachak Free Primary School was established in 1958 and is located at Barachak in Asansol.Ward no-57 under Asansol Circle, Paschim Bardhaman. The school consist of Grades from pre-primary  to class 5. The school is Co-educational and  bengali is the medium of instructions in this school.  The teachers of our school believe that "Education is the all round development". That's why in addition to studying in this school, various co-curricular activities are also taught.  Maximum students of this school comes from local tribal family. Some of those are first generation learner. We are proud to announce that in last 5 years we have seen our students doing higher studies, they are cracking higher secondary examination with appreciable marks. That's a big achievement for us.
