Our school CHHATRAMPUR  HIGH SCHOOL  has been spreading the light of education for about five decades since its foundation in 1973 in the premises of the present CHHATRAMPUR  JR. BASIC SCHOOL. With the earnest efforts of the honourable teachers, non-teaching staff, guardians, students,  the people interested in education, well wishers, concerning higher authorities  --- DI of Schools(SE), Cob, AI  of schools (SE), Tufanganj, and the local administration the school is culminating to the peak of success. The teachers always try to know the students individually before imparting lesson of any subject because the honourable teachers are well aware of the fact that "A teacher should know Adam  before teaching him Latin". The students have kept  the evidence of their academic and cultural calibre and excellence even state level platform. To cope with the dynamic educational system we are going on our endeavour and our motivational steps to make the students accustomed to the recent trend of globalization.
