Fulkadabri Nabin Chandra High School (H.S.) is a glorious institution in Mekhliganj Subdivision of Cooch Behar District. It was established in 1958 by some persons interested in education with a view to spread flame of knowledge amongst the students of Fulkadabri and adjacent places where most of the people were needy and uneducated. Actually this instituiton started its journey as a junior high school.

         The West  Bengal  Board Of Secondary Education gave recognition for two classes junior high school (V & VI) from 01/01/1965. From 01/01/1984 it got permission for four classes (V,VI,VII&VIII).The tireless striving of the then teachers and the members of the Managing Committee became successful to achieve recognition for X (ten) classes from 01/05/1998. The first batch of Madhyamik  was sent up in 2000 and finally the school was upgraded to XII (twelve)  classes  institution by WBCHSE in the year 2012.

         Since its inception the institution has been able to attain admiration of people. The students are well disciplined and they bear good moral character. Teachers are well educated and they do their best to shape the career of their students. 

         As the Headmaster of this institution I feel proud. I thank all my students, staff and the Guardians for their active participation in day-to-day activity for smooth running of the school.
