"A good teacher is like a candle, which consumes itself to give others light."
These lines Julie affects me whenever I see myself being a teacher. From early childhood I used to follow my father who was himself a teacher. I used to like his huge knowledge and generous attitude of helping others. Following his ideologie I too paved my way towards being a teacher.
My journey started with my appointment as an assistant teacher on 25th September 1980. Walking through the pot I was bestowed with the responsibility of a head teacher in 2001 in Bilshi No. 1 A.P School. After that I joined Harirdham S/C Primary School in 2013 and presently working in the same place.
I believe that in a school which is a temple of learning, all the teachers together with their loving attitude, affectionate behavior, adjustable mode of thinking, punctuality and a careful outlook towards the students can create an aroma of unending and boundless coordinate if surrounding. In my school the same pattern follows. We have a good relation with the guardians and we all try to maintain it as much as possible.
We, the staffs of the school maintain a good healthy relation among ourselves. It provide them with available mental coordination with myself so that they can work more efficiently in a friendly environment. The reputation of a school always depends Honda friendly relationship between a teacher and he's/ her pupil. This is what happens in our school. In today's trend where majority of guardians want to admit their children in private schools in desire of a good education, they also prefer to have their children admitted in our school too. As such we have at present 165 students.
The profession of teaching is not without hurdles. There are times when we need t tackle situations with much maturity and patience. We are the workers to mould a raw piece (child) into creative master piece (successful person). I try hard to achieve all the qualities of a good teacher. It is worth saying at the end that -
"I am just a drop of water in the ocean of knowledge where the whole ocean lies undiscovered."
Thank you.
