“BENADAHA A.K.M MADRASAH SHIKSHA KENDRA” is trying to implement the dream of education lovers of the locality .The Madrasah was established in the year 1993 when there was no educational Institution for higher education in this area. At first LATE ABDUL LAHIL KAFI MAHALDAR of Benadaha village donated 54dec. land to establish the proposed Madrasah “BENADAHA ABDUL LAHIL KAFI MAHALDAR JR. HIGH MADRASAH” shortly as “BENADAHA A.K.M JR. HIGH MADRASAH”. It is noted that JANAB MD. HEFAJUDDIN and LATE CHHAMED ALI SK. also donated respectively 14.42dec. and 21dec. land for the said Madrasah. Under the leadership of ABDUS SALAM MAHALDAR, LIAKAT HOSSAIN and ADV. ASHRAFUL HUQ ,the foundation stone of the Madrasah established on March 26, 1993 through a great enthusiasm of the people of the village. We commemorate the donation of JANAB ABDUR RAHMAN , a renowned industrialist of Beldanga. He donated a large amount of money for the infrastructure development of the Madrasah in the year 2005 .The help and co-operation of the villagers will be remembered forever.
The first session of the Madrasah had started on May 3 ,1993 at “BENADAHA FREE BOARD PRIMARY SCHOOL” of Benadaha with 154 students . After a long period, the Govt. of West Bengal officially approved ‘ BENADAHA A.K.M JR. HIGH MADRASAH’ as “BENADAHA A.K.M MADRASAH SHIKSHA KENDRA” in the year 2009. Despite the lack of teachers, we have kept the classes of IX & X in removing the admission problem. Thanks to the teachers, members of the managing committee and the people of the village.
The students of the Madrasah now enjoying the benefits of the various Govt. facilities such as Mid-day-Meal, Kanyashree, Govt. books, exercise books, Dreses, Scholarships etc . Thanks to the Govt. of West Bengal.
We hope that the students of the Madrasah will be more modernized. We can teach them in the joyous environment. We hope moral quality of students will be increased more and more. We hope our Students will come forward to built our society and our beloved country, INDIA.
Future plans for the Madrasah
- Construction of boundaries wall around the playground.
- Girls’ common room.
- Cycle garrage for students.
- Modernization of the class rooms.
- Classes on digital system.
- CC TV camera.
Appeal: There is a lot of money needed for the future development and maintenance of the Madrasah. We hope the villagers, Guardians and the former students will extend their financial and moral support.
