The seed was sown by a few promising people of kurmitola resulting in a flourishing junior high school approved by the department of education in1979 and thereafter the upgradation to a high school in 1998 and finally the crown of higher secondary section flashed on the head in 2009.Now a metamorphosis to govt sponsored has enriched the institution.The H.S section has rich humanities subjects as well as geography and the introduction of N.C.C has added feather to the crown .The library of the school is an inspiration to the students.The game and sports are performed gorgeously .The plantation of mehogany and deodar trees have added to the beauty of three storeyed buildings .The play ground is kissed by two blocks and adding to compactness and harmony.Now it can be said that -done little and undone vast.....thanks
