Jugal kishore S. S. Sikshayatan ( H. S.), a renowned institution of learning, started its glorious journey in the year 1970 by the endeavour of the then  M.L.A. Sri Nitaipada Sarkar and Sri Ajit Sarkar and many other well wishers.

This school established in 2nd January 1970.First recognised in 1974 as junior high with 4 classes (VtoVIII) then upgraded as secondary upto class X in 2000 by WBBSE. Finally upgraded as H.S (XI-XII)in 2013 with Arts&Science stream by WBCHSE.
