Our aim is to offer our students the best educaton while ensuring they stay connected to their culture. our teachers collaborate on instuctional strategies and lessons plans base on the WBBPE curriculum for the benefit of the children. They recognize each student's unique talent, skills & potential. Thgus giving each & every student the attention necessary to achieve eduacational goals. We are also committed in helping all our students become productive anmd responsible members of the community by creating a learning friendly environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical & intellectual growth of the students. 

Here at Rajendrapur F.P School, our philosophy of education has always been meeting the needs of the individual child. Children acquire skills and knowledge easily if we can make the surrounding stimulating and purposeful. In the 21^st century the digital revolution affects us all. Quite simply it is changing everything. In such a surrounding when work and effort is valued, the child’s self esteem is heightened and from this, results self motivation. We try to understand and work with each child, and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to enable the child, in our care, to develop as a whole.

In our school we put forward distinction blends of offerings in the areas of knowledge and enterprise in the form of encouraging students for debates, elocution and quiz contest as well as organizing and taking part in various cultural events.
