Established on 16th August, 1950, the institution has travelled a long path to reach its present prestigious stage. The institution has not only flourished in infra-structure but also in academic excellence. I humbly acknowledge the contribution of the founder-fathers of the institution to the turning of the sapling of yesterday to the sapodilla of today. My dream is to make it a model school in the sub-division. Of course it needs collective effort of my teaching and non-teaching staff and last but not the least the continuous support of the guardian community, honourable persons of the locality interested in education, management committee and local government without which my dream will not be turned into a reality.
