It gives me immense pleasure and joy that I have become a part of this glorious 40 years old institution. The vision of this erudite institution is the creation of an environment with a view to inculcating a value-based mindset ready to grab opportunities offered for empowerment and development of the personality of the boys pursuing their studies here. In 1980, when this institution was established, it was the time of "Renaissance", so the vision, culture, philosophy of the renaissance age was deeply infiltrated into the foundation of this institution. If we look back to the academic performance or the overall growth of this institution, it can be comprehended that it's still carrying the flag of the premiership.

I feel extremely lucky as well as proud to be the successor of so many eminent personalities who served this institution as head of the institution or teachers, who were mentors rather than teachers.

Lastly, I would like to say that progress and progress only is our motto. We need to grow and progress every day, every week, every month, and every year. We need quality of the institution, quality of an individual, and quality of life as a whole. Let us rise higher and higher. The sky is our limit. We shall keep the lamp of knowledge burning to achieve the vision.
