For the last six years I have been the Headmistress of this school. It is a class X affiliated Bengali medium school with 905 students, 17 teaching and non teaching staff and 6 para teachers. The four pillars of ours School's reputation are excellence of the teachers, talent and obedience of students, endless enthusiasm of the managing committee and last but not the least, constant support from the guardians and locals. The result is duly reflected every year in the performance of our students in the Board Examination. Besides the curricular activities, co curricular and extracurricular activities are given equal focus here. Our students have proven their talents in various cultural events and competitions. But we are still striving for more achievements and preparing ourselves to attain the Higher Secondary affiliation for the sake of our students. Hope we are not very far from our goal.
